Whether you are new to the gym or have been working out for ages, we all need a little help to stay motivated, keep our goals on track, and have some variety in our workouts to keep us interested. All new members of Anytime Fitness Old Strathcona/Beaumont get a complimentary Get Started Plan when they join, which is a session with a Coach and 12 Monthly Strategy Meetings. The goal of the Get Started Plan in to ensure that all members have the assistance they need to get started in the gym, get a plan laid out for their first 30 days in the gym, and feel comfortable in the environment we provide for them.  


Don't stop at just one session though, as there are many benefits to working with a Coach on an ongoing basis.  Upgrade your membership to our Jump Start Plan. Jump Start provides members with customized programming and 3 Coaching sessions all for what works out to only an additional $19 over the course of 12 months. In addition to a customized program and coaching sessions, you also receive 2 weeks of unlimited access to Group Coaching Services.  You also receive 12 Monthly Strategy Meetings with a Coach.  In these meetings you will go over your progress and your goals, thereby receiving constant feedback and support to help you reach your goals.


Benefits of working with a Coach include:

  • Motivation and accountability - a Coach will motivate you during those tough days that we all have and will hold you accountable in reaching your goals

  • Customized planning - a Coach will create a plan designed for your body type and your goals, and will adapt it as you make progress so that you don't get bored or plateau

  • More workout in less time - because your Coach takes care of all the planning and keeps you moving during your workout, you get much more exercise done in a shorter period of time

  • Injury prevention/rehab - your Coach can make sure you are doing exercises correctly so that you don't injure yourself. If you are recovering from an injury, your Coach can liaise with your healthcare professional to ensure that you are doing the correct workout to help with your recovery.

  • Results - your Coach will ensure that you achieve your desired results, holding each other accountable on the path to success

At a very early age I developed a passion for sports and fitness. I was extremely active growing up playing hockey, and football. I now work with athletes, and all levels of fitness.

Sports have always been the greatest enjoyment of mine. The time and effort needed to excel is a challenge I have always enjoyed.
