The Group Strength and Cardio classes are a program of Progressive and Specific 60 minute workouts that change every 4 - 5 weeks to maximize results. The classes provide a welcoming atmosphere for all fitness levels; they are Heart Rate Based workouts, so you are able to progress at the level that works for you and your fitness level.
Our scientifically designed workouts combined with Heart Rate Monitoring technology designed by AccuroFit allow you to track you progress in real time. The workouts and HRM technology will maximize your Resting Metabolic Rate for up to 24 hours after your workout has completed. You can also receive an automated workout summary email after your Heart Rate Based workout to keep track of your progress.

C=Cardio Group Coaching
These start with a dynamic warm up, then core, the cardio component, and conclude with static stretching. The cardio component is divided into two segments: The first is intense aerobic, and the second is intense anaerobic. Combining these two elements will give you tremendous stamina, and burn lots of calories. Although during your first few workouts you will feel it all over, all of the exercises are on the cardio end of the cardio/strength spectrum. This is how we get RESULTS. These sessions will be filled with battling ropes, TRX's, kettlebells, and many other useful tools! Like the Strength sessions, the Cardio sessions progress as your body begins to adapt.
S=Strength Group Coaching
These start with a dynamic warm up, then move through core, strength, an anaerobic finisher, and conclude with static stretching. The strength part is a combination of a circuit and straight sets using dumbbells, barbells, TRX's, pulleys, bands and more. You record your weights so you can make the appropriate adjustments. The Coach is there to keep the workout moving and keep everyone's form in check. When you are done with this strength session you will feel fatigue in all your major muscle groups. Remember, strength training done correctly will increase your RMR, not the size of your muscles!
T=Tune Up Group Coaching
These 30 minute sessions are not designed to kick your butt, but to rejuvenate and keep your body in tact! For results, it is critical to work hard according to your ability. Therefore we need to make sure we are stretching, foam rolling, and doing the proper corrective exercises to keep your "machine" fine-tuned and ready for the next workout! Your coach will take you through all the essentials to increase your flexibility and decrease your chance of injury.
